Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to plan your journey: the details you submit through the "Plan My Trip" wizard or a booking (name, email, phone, travel preferences), and, if you subscribe, your email address.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotes, process bookings, and — with your consent — send occasional travel notes. We never sell your data.

Where it lives

Enquiries and bookings are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and emailed to our planners. Payment, when enabled, is handled by our payment provider — we never store card details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data anytime by emailing hello@journeybyceleste.com.

Terms of Service

By using this site you agree to these terms. Journey by Celeste is a travel-concierge service; submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a confirmed booking until we confirm availability in writing.

Bookings & payment

Trips are reserved with a deposit; the balance is due before departure. Prices are indicative and confirmed at quotation. Cancellation terms are shared with your itinerary.

Liability

We arrange services provided by third parties (hotels, transport, guides). We act with care in selecting partners but are not liable for their independent acts. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cookie Notice

This site uses minimal cookies and local storage: essential storage to remember your in-progress "Plan My Trip" details and your planner sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can clear this at any time via your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse.
